Role Summary

You own the training strategy and delivery (online and offline). You design curricula, develop materials, coach the team, and measure impact on productivity and quality. You ensure compliance and keep content fresh for growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain training curricula aligned to operational KPIs.
• Develop, refresh, and version training materials and playbooks.
• Plan schedules; oversee delivery quality and instructor performance.
• Measure impact (assessments, time to productivity) and report insights.
• Ensure compliance training completion; manage LMS/content repository.
• Coach and develop trainers; embed feedback and continuous improvement.
