As part of our commitment to delivering excellence, we are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our Transaction Services team as a Senior Consultant.

Job Description:

As a Senior Consultant at Moore Global JFC, you will play a pivotal role in assisting our clients in achieving their strategic objectives by providing valuable insights and recommendations related to their business verticals and their financial health thereby optimizing resources and enhancing the value. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Perform market research on transactions, industries and financial information.
  • Conduct industry research and understand drivers of growth within an industry/sector, identify relevant trends, competitive landscape, and market conditions.
  • Review and analyze historical financial statements (income statement, cash flow, and balance sheets) to identify trends, red flags or after price affecting considerations.
  • Ability to develop financial models for undertaking investment appraisal and sensitivities using MS Excel.
  • Conduct business valuations using appropriate methodologies (DCF, market approach, etc.).
  • Report findings in a clear and concise manner, documenting review procedures performed and market evidence to support the conclusion on value.
  • Prepare client deliverables and support managers in the marketing activities as well as general business development.
  • Undertake financial model reviews and demonstrate effective communication with Clients.
  • Proficient in using various databases like S&P CapIq, Fitch Solutions, etc.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications and Experience:

· Bachelor’s/master’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field and Professional certifications (CA/CFA preferred).

· Approx. 4-5 years of experience as a Consultant in Transaction Services or a similar relevant role within a consulting firm, Big 4 or corporate environment.

· Ability to create and develop strong relationships

· Strong analytical thinker

· Capable of being creative and thinking of solutions 'outside the box'

· Organized with strong business acumen

· Can demonstrate project management experience of complex multiphase projects

· Ability to deliver projects on-time and on budget

· Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and draw meaningful insights.

· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and team members at all levels of the organization.

· Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines, and delivering high-quality work under pressure.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

· Team player - Is willing and able to assist different team members on several tasks and demonstrates proactivity in doing so.

· Adaptable - Is able to ‘hit the ground running’ and rapidly learn new skills and behaviors in response to changing circumstances and changing allocations of tasks.

· Researching skills- Identifies, documents and shares knowledge that might be useful to others.

· Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
