Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:


Project Design & Optimization:

Map, review, and enhance operational and business processes across departments to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.

Lead digitalization initiatives in coordination with IT and business stakeholders to streamline workflows and automate repetitive tasks.

Support the implementation of governance tools and process documentation including Business Cases, Policies and Procedures, RFPs, and Project Plans.

Ensure alignment of new processes with the firm’s operating model, internal controls, and strategic objectives.

Project Management & Execution:

Act as project manager for selected transformation initiatives, defining timelines, tracking milestones, and ensuring deliverables meet agreed standards.

Develop structured reports, dashboards, and presentations to monitor progress, assess impact, and communicate outcomes to senior leadership.

Facilitate cross-department collaboration to ensure consistent execution of initiatives and resolution of interdependencies.

Coordinate with external advisors or consultants where required to ensure quality and timeliness of project outputs.

Performance Tracking & EOS Alignment:

Support the rollout and reinforcement of the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) framework across teams.

Track and follow up on department objectives, measurables, and milestones, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

Monitor completion of Level 10 actions and transformation KPIs to assess progress and accountability.

Document lessons learned and feedback to refine the transformation roadmap.

Data Analysis & Insights:

Analyze operational data to identify performance trends, capacity gaps, and opportunities for efficiency gains.

Leverage reporting and visualization tools to present actionable insights for decision-making.

Contribute to the design of dashboards and performance tracking tools to improve transparency and governance.

Innovation & Technology Adoption:

Leverage GenAI tools and other digital platforms to enhance data analysis, reporting, and process improvement workflows.

Suggest automation and system enhancements to improve productivity, quality, and data integrity.

Promote a culture of continuous improvement through structured feedback and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications and Key Skills:


Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Information Systems, or Engineering (industrial preferred). A PMP or equivalent certification is an advantage.

Experience: 3–5 years in business analysis, management consulting, project management, or transformation roles within financial services or a multinational environment.

Technical / Functional Skills:

Process Orientation: Strong understanding of process design, reengineering, and operational improvement frameworks.

Analytical Skills: Advanced analytical ability to assess data, interpret KPIs, and present strategic insights.

Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with structured follow-up and timely execution.

Technology Proficiency: Advanced user of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) and Power BI; familiarity with workflow automation and digital tools.

Reporting: Experience preparing reports, dashboards, and business cases to support decision-making.
