Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description
  • Hiring in-house Translators.
  • Monitoring Performance and appraising team members.
  • Training new translators.
  • Evaluating team members and providing assistance and guidance for them.
  • Guarantee the highest levels of quality are met.
  • Reviewing, updating, and Maintaining clients documentation
  • Attend to feedback and make sure all issues are resolved to Customers satisfaction
  • Ensure high levels of productivity are maintained.
  • Reviewing translated tasks with an outstanding level of quality and style.
Job Requirements
  • Experience in managing a small team (preferred).
  • Experience working as an English-to-Arabic translator and reviewer is a must.
  • Highly organized and diligent.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Problem solving, team player, eagerness to learn technologies and tools

Job Location: Egypt, Cairo, Heliopolis
Working hours: 9 AM-5 PM, Monday-Friday
