About this Role

• Troubleshoot and resolve configuration related errors, escalating planning issues where necessary to maintain accuracy and network integrity.
• Comply with all change management processes and follow documented low level designs (LLDs) for configuration tasks.
• Reference and apply Methods of Procedure and Cramer system information for IP addressing, circuit builds, and task updates in Remedy.
• Create and configure circuits for new RAN sites and upgrade existing services in line with business requirements.
• Build Ethernet services for enterprise customers and deliver card expansions for Infinera MPLS nodes.
• Support mega transmission projects delivered across diverse locations, collaborating effectively across different time zones and cultures.

What you ll do

• Experienced in transmission networks, with a minimum of seven years expertise across multi vendor environments.
• Knowledgeable in L3 NNI POC hardening, NNI access migrations, EMC trunk migrations, and SIAE microwave systems.
• Skilled in integrating and swapping Infinera MPLS nodes, performing bandwidth upgrades, and implementing new transmission services.
• Familiar with MPLS load balancing, traffic migrations, and troubleshooting across complex network architectures.
• A strong communicator with excellent analytical abilities, stakeholder engagement skills, and a customer centric mindset.
• Adaptable in changing environments, applying sound judgement and innovative thinking to technical challenges.
