Transport Planning Management Supervisor CMA CGM

The mission of the 2PL Traffic Supervisor is to ensure the transportation of goods in response to specific customer needs, with a focus on profitability, adherence to commitments (timeliness, costs, and quality), compliance with current legislation, and compliance rules.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

Activity management:

• Managing 2PL traffic activity and ensuring compliance with processes
• Managing a portfolio of dedicated carriers and distributing them within the team
• Verifying legal and documentary compliance for trips within Morocco
• Ensuring the smooth transportation of trailers from the arrival port to the final destination, and their return in good condition to the embarkation port within agreed-upon deadlines
• Checking that tractors and trailers have all necessary documents (transport approval, registration, insurance, technical inspection)
• Communicating and informing internal and external stakeholders about trip progress.
• Implementing the company s safety and security policy

Financial indicators:

• Tracking and achieving budgetary objectives set by management, determining action plans
• Controlling and validating, in agreement with management, the cost items related to the activity

Management:

• Managing and challenging an operational team (19 drivers, 3 operators, 1 admin, 2 customs administrators)
