Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Design the needed transmission changes/upgrades to cater the required transport capacities for both Mobile & Enterprise/Fixed networks.
Own reengineering planning and optimization activities to maximize utilization, efficiency, and overall network performance and to enhance network resilience, reduce congestion, and ensure service continuity for critical services.
Lead the deployment of 5G networks, including network dimensioning, managing field activities, and setting annual performance targets.
Promote the spread of automation and the digitalization of processes (Group Digital Program) to reduce the operational effort and achieve greater efficiency in deployment in the individual markets
Monitor end to end project execution, identifying bottlenecks or interdependencies and proposing solutions that enhance delivery efficiency
Follow up on different stakeholders (Rollout, Service Management...) to ensure implementation of the issued changes as planned and on Time.
Design risk mitigation solutions for LOS & Offload problems.
FTTS Planning, analysis and optimization.
Continuous updating and Data cleansing for Different TX planning tools & DBs.
Desired Candidate Profile
Education: BSC in Electrical Engineering majoring in Communication and Electronic Engineering
Work Experience: Preferred 2 Years Experience in engineering field.
Personal skills: Self-Motivated, Can Work under stress, Teamwork Spirit and Initiative, problem solving and decision making
Management across multiple streams.
Must have technical / professional qualifications:
- Good Knowledge in engineering and project managements
- Good knowledge of Data analytics and python programming.
