Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily transport operations, ensuring timely and efficient delivery schedules while maintaining compliance with safety regulations.
  • Manage a team of drivers, providing training and performance evaluations to enhance productivity and ensure adherence to company policies.
  • Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to optimize routes and minimize costs, balancing service quality with budget constraints.
  • Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and manage repair processes to ensure fleet reliability and safety on the road.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in logistics, transportation management, or a related field, providing a solid foundation in industry principles.
  • At least 5 years of experience in transport or logistics management, demonstrating a track record of effective leadership and operational oversight.
  • Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) is preferred, showcasing familiarity with transportation regulations and vehicle operation.
  • Certifications such as Certified Transportation Professional (CTP) or similar credentials will be highly regarded, reflecting commitment to professional growth.
