Roles & Responsibilities

Job description
  • Review carrier invoices, and transportation documents for accuracy and compliance.
  • Validate charges against contracts, tariffs, and service agreements.
  • Identify discrepancies, overcharges, and unauthorized expenses.
  • Prepare audit reports highlighting findings, variances, and recommendations
  • Analyze transportation costs
  • Communicate with carriers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve billing issues.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, Logistics, or related field.

  • Experience: 2 4 years in transportation auditing, logistics finance, or freight cost analysis.
  • Knowledge of transportation regulation
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
