Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Day-to-day management of ground transport operations
- Coordinate arrivals and departures schedules with airport teams
- Manage driver assignments, shift plans, and vehicle logs
- Monitor and report transport KPIs in real time
- Liaise with venues and accommodation teams on transfer schedules
- Handle escalations and on-ground transport disruptions
Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum 9 years in transport/logistics operations
- Experience in event transportation for 300+ delegates
- Proficiency in route planning and transport management software
- Strong communication and team leadership skills
- Availability for extended hours during peak events
- Valid driving licence; familiarity with local road network
