Roles & Responsibilities

Role will be responsible for assisting the company with all transport related duties, submitting or collecting required documents, parcels in respective locations. Transporting assigned employees in required cases to work locations as required

Job Objective

The Transportation Officer is responsible for the safe, efficient, and timely transportation of personnel, materials, or goods. The role requires strict adherence to traffic laws, company policies, and safety standards, while maintaining professionalism and reliability at all times.

Qualifications & Requirements
Valid driving license (appropriate for vehicle type)
Minimum [2 5] years of professional driving experience
Good knowledge of local roads, routes, and traffic regulations
Ability to read maps and use GPS/navigation systems
Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge
Good communication skills
Physically fit and able to handle long driving hours if required

Working Conditions
May require extended hours, shift work, or weekend duties

Familiarity with company transport policies and procedures
Clean driving record with no major violations

  • Safely operate company vehicles to transport staff, clients, or materials to designated locations
  • Plan routes and ensure timely arrival while considering traffic and weather conditions
  • Conduct daily vehicle inspections (fuel, oil, brakes, tires, lights, etc.) and report any issues
  • Maintain cleanliness and good condition of the assigned vehicle
  • Ensure all required documents (license, registration, insurance) are valid and available
  • Follow all local traffic laws and company driving policies
  • Assist with loading and unloading of goods when required
  • Maintain accurate trip logs, mileage records, and fuel consumption reports
  • Provide professional and courteous service to passengers and stakeholders
  • Report accidents, incidents, or delays promptly to the supervisor
  • Support administrative or messenger duties when required
