Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Supervise daily transportation operations.

Monitor and execute daily operational schedules.

Handle delays, disruptions, and operational issues promptly.

Coordinate with drivers and operations teams.

Manage urgent and unexpected operational situations.

Ensure service quality during daily operations.

Prepare and submit operational reports to the Transport Manager.

Train, mentor, and evaluate transportation staff to maintain high performance standards.

Resolve operational issues, customer complaints, and service disruptions promptly.

Analyze operational data to identify areas for process improvement and cost reduction.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in transportation operations, logistics, or a related field.
  • Maximum of 7 years of relevant experience preferred.
  • Proven experience in supervising teams within a transportation or logistics environment.
  • Strong understanding of fleet management and scheduling best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle operational challenges in a fast-paced setting.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work onsite and adapt to flexible work schedules as needed.
  • Proficiency in using transportation management systems and MS Office Suite.
  • Commitment to upholding safety and quality standards at all times.
