Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Supervise daily transportation operations to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
- Coordinate and schedule vehicle routes, driver assignments, and trip logistics.
- Monitor fleet performance, vehicle maintenance, and compliance with safety regulations.
- Oversee driver performance, provide training, and enforce company policies and procedures.
- Resolve operational issues, customer complaints, and service disruptions promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of transportation activities, incidents, and vehicle usage.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize resource allocation and service quality.
- Ensure adherence to government regulations and company standards for transportation safety.
- Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 3 years experience in transportation supervision or fleet management.
- Proven ability to manage teams in a fast-paced operational environment.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Demonstrated knowledge of transportation regulations and safety standards.
- Ability to handle emergencies and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office and transportation management software.
- Willingness to work on-site and adapt to flexible schedules as needed.
