Roles & Responsibilities

  • Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences, needs, and budget to design customised itinerary
  • Research and recommend destinations, accommodations, transportation, and activities tailored to individual client requirements.
  • Coordinate all aspects of travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, tours, and transfers.
  • Provide expert advice on travel documentation, visas, insurance, and health requirements
  • Handle changes, cancellations, and emergencies with professionalism and efficiency.
  • contact and Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to secure the best rates and added-value services for clients.
  • Utilize reservation and booking systems to manage client itineraries and ensure accuracy.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after travel to ensure client satisfaction.
