Roles & Responsibilities

Job Overview:
Real Egypt is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Tailor-Made Travel Advisor to join our team in a hybrid role (partly office-based, partly remote). You will be responsible for designing, promoting, and coordinating customized travel experiences for our clients. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a passion for delivering authentic, high-quality travel services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences, budgets, and special requirements.
  • Design and deliver tailor-made itineraries including tours, accommodations, transfers, and activities.
  • Provide accurate and timely information on destinations, travel regulations, and Real Egypt s services.
  • Coordinate and negotiate with local and international suppliers to ensure seamless arrangements.
  • Prepare detailed proposals, quotations, and confirmations.
  • Support trip execution by working closely with operations and customer service teams.
  • Stay updated on Egypt s tourism offerings and global travel trends.
  • Handle client feedback and resolve issues with professionalism.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience in travel advisory, tourism, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Fluent in English (required).
  • Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
  • In-depth knowledge of Egypt s cultural, historical, and tourism landscape is an advantage.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and travel management systems is a plus.
