Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead field coordinators, tour guides, and drivers.
- Plan, schedule, and allocate staff for airport services, transfers, and tours.
- Ensure all client-facing services meet company standards and customer expectations.
- Act as escalation point for major service issues or VIP client handling.
- Coordinate with operations and reservations teams for accurate service delivery.
- Monitor performance of field staff and provide training and coaching.
- Conduct site inspections of hotels, transport providers, and attractions.
- Ensure health, safety, and security standards are upheld during field operations.
- Manage logistics for large groups, MICE events, and special delegations.
- Prepare performance reports, budgets, and improvement plans for senior management.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 7 years of experience in travel operations with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage large teams and complex logistics.
- Excellent client handling and conflict resolution abilities.
- Knowledge of airports, hotels, tours, and ground operations.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.
