Roles & Responsibilities

>Your responsibilities as a travel and logistics coordinator are/>

  • Coordinates all travel arrangements. Schedules flights, book hotels and car rentals, ferry and prepares itineraries.
  • Travel coordinator ensures that travel needs are met within the constraints of the company s travel budget.
  • Works Independently within the established procedures associated with the specific job function and reports to supervisor.

You can make your mark as travel and logistics coordinator if you have:/p>

  • Requires a Diploma in Travel & tourism, IATA or equivalent.
  • Knowledge in Galileo GDS system.
  • Requires minimum 5 years international travel agency experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications.
  • Good listening skills and ability to anticipate.
  • Outstanding problem-solving skills.
