Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand market presence.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to consistently meet or exceed performance goals.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the travel sector, focusing on both corporate and individual clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to ensure long-term business growth.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to align sales initiatives with overall business objectives.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Represent Menatours at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards in all sales activities.
