Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

The role involves managing day-to-day travel operations while ensuring high standards of service and customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include:

  • Making and managing reservations both online and offline
  • Providing high-quality customer service at all times
  • Contacting and coordinating with suppliers and service providers
  • Organizing travel arrangements and circuits/tours
  • Following up on reservation requests to ensure timely confirmation
  • Answering client inquiries clearly and professionally
  • Preparing and issuing invoices
  • Ensuring client payments are properly secured and followed up
  • Handling unforeseen issues, problems, and customer complaints efficiently
  • Working as part of a team to achieve revenue targets and profit goals

  • Preparing and submitting reports as required
