Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The role involves managing day-to-day travel operations while ensuring high standards of service and customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include:
- Making and managing reservations both online and offline
- Providing high-quality customer service at all times
- Contacting and coordinating with suppliers and service providers
- Organizing travel arrangements and circuits/tours
- Following up on reservation requests to ensure timely confirmation
- Answering client inquiries clearly and professionally
- Preparing and issuing invoices
- Ensuring client payments are properly secured and followed up
- Handling unforeseen issues, problems, and customer complaints efficiently
- Working as part of a team to achieve revenue targets and profit goals
- Ensuring overall customer satisfaction
- Preparing and submitting reports as required
