Handle incoming B2C client inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms.

Create customized travel packages including hotels, flights, transfers, tours, and other services.

Check availability, rates, and promotions with suppliers and partners.

Make, modify, and confirm reservations in the system accurately and efficiently.

Prepare quotations, itineraries, and invoices for clients.

Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and provide updates on bookings.

Resolve reservation issues, special requests, and last-minute changes.

Maintain accurate records of bookings and client communication.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and quality service.

Provide excellent customer service to build trust and long-term relationships.

2-4 years of experience in reservation departments (B2C preferred) and outgoing packages

Strong knowledge of travel products, hotel categories, and booking systems (e.g., GDS, OTA platforms, supplier portals).

Excellent communication skills in English.

Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple bookings at once.

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Customer-oriented attitude with problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in online booking tools.
Preferably living near Nasr City.
