Roles & Responsibilities

Selling outbound tourism packages

  • Handling inquiries from Gulf clients
  • Using booking systems for flights and hotels
  • Following up with customers and closing sales
  • Providing high-quality customer service before and after sales
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales (preferably travel & tourism)
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Good knowledge of outbound tourism destinations
  • Experience dealing with Gulf clients is required
  • Ability to work on booking systems (Flights & Hotels)
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Fast learner and able to work under pressure
  • Presentable and well-spoken
