Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Designing personalized travel itineraries that align with clients' preferences, budgets, and interests while maximizing their travel experience.
  • Researching and recommending destinations, accommodations, and activities that enrich clients’ journeys, ensuring unique and memorable experiences.
  • Handling bookings for flights, hotels, and rental cars with attention to detail to avoid any discrepancies.
  • Providing expert advice on travel regulations, including visa requirements, health precautions, and local customs to ensure smooth travel.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality, tourism, or a related field preferred to ensure a strong foundational knowledge of the industry.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in the travel industry, showcasing a proven track record of successful client engagements.
  • Certification from recognized travel industry organizations (e.g., IATA, ASTA) to demonstrate professionalism and expertise.
  • Experience with global distribution systems (GDS) like Amadeus or Sabre, essential for efficient bookings and itinerary management.
