Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle client inquiries, quotations, and booking requests.
- Communicate effectively with suppliers and clients via email and phone.
- Manage and update reservations through online booking systems.
- Coordinate with hotels, airlines, and service providers (especially for outbound travel).
- Follow up on service confirmations and ensure customer satisfaction.
- 1 3 years of experience in travel agency operations.
- Experience in outbound (international) tourism.
- Strong knowledge of online booking systems.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Very good English level (minimum B1)
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
Desired Candidate Profile
1 3 years of experience in travel agency operations.
- Experience in outbound (international) tourism.
- Experience in B2B operations within a travel company is a plus
- Strong knowledge of online booking systems.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Very good English level (minimum B1)
