• A Diploma or Certificate in a travel-related course (IATA) is required, with relevant experience in Visa handling.
• A proven track record of 2-3 years in a similar role, delivering sensational Experiences synonymous with FIVE's award-winning Service Quality.
• FIVE-Star travel operations knowledge with a Next-Level understanding of travel policy, processes, airline fares, and booking tools.
• Sensational time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A Proactive Nature, coupled with a meticulous Eye for Detail, ensures every aspect of the Operation is perfectly curated
• Next-Level Organisational and Leadership skills, effectively leading and inspiring the FIVE Tribe to New Heights
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, leveraging strong verbal and written skills to engage effectively with Guests, FIVE Tribe Members, and stakeholders.
• Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English (Additional languages are a Plus).

Key Responsibilities

• Meticulously curates Exquisite accommodation and transport options, always seeking Best-in-Class deals.
• Provides FIVERs and other stakeholders with the most up-to-date information on Visa and passport issues, keeping them well-informed.
• Collaborates with travel agents, with a FIVE-Styled flair, to ensure flawless travel arrangements.
• Promptly resolves any unforeseen travel challenges, demonstrating a Commitment to Boundary-Breaking Standards.
• Uses Expert Precision to secure Visa appointments and guides FIVERs and stakeholders through the intricate process of assembling essential documents for Schengen, US, UK, Japan, UAE, and other Visas.
• Adheres to all legal requisites, including the acquisition of passports and visas, while staying updated on Visa and entry requirements for various countries.
• Consults with FIVERs and other stakeholders to capture their unique requirements, ensuring a journey that's simply Remarkable.
• Coordinates airport transfers and on-the-ground travel, ensuring a seamless and Glamourous arrival and departure experience.
• Works closely with other departments to facilitate Next-Level travel arrangements for group bookings, weddings, and other special events.
• Carefully estimates travel expenses, showcasing Unmatched Attention to Detail.
• Handles any travel-related inquiries or challenges with the utmost poise and FIVE-Star finesse.
