Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Handle all group bookings and itineraries end-to-end.
Maintain strong relationships with hotels, transport, and attraction suppliers.
Coordinate ground operations efficiently and resolve real-time challenges.
Communicate effectively with transport companies, drivers, and SIC suppliers.
Address guest queries and complaints promptly and professionally.
Oversee arrival coordination, guest contact collection, and daily updates.
Prepare group schedules and share with internal teams.
Cross-check invoices and supplier charges to ensure accuracy
Desired Candidate Profile
Excellent communication skills; proficiency in Tamil and Malayalam preferred.
Strong multitasking and coordination abilities.
Must be active and responsive throughout the day.
Willingness to work overtime during peak seasons.
Strong sense of professional ethics and accountability.
Preference for candidates currently based in Dubai
