Job Scope

We are looking for a Travel Coordinator to manage and organize all business travel logistics, ensuring cost-effective solutions and adherence to company policies. This includes coordinating travel for workshops, conferences, retreats, and other events.

Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Coordinate and book travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, ground transportation, and Group event bookings.
• Monitor travel budgets, provide cost-effective travel options, and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Provide support to travelers throughout their trips, including handling emergency changes and rebooking when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of travel activities and reconcile travel-related expense reports.
• Review and reconcile invoices from travel vendors to ensure accuracy.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years experience in travel coordination, event planning, or administrative support within the travel sector
• Proven ability to perform effectively under pressure and manage a demanding workload
• Strong follow-up skills and a proactive approach to task completion
• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills paired with strong problem-solving abilities
