Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • The workflow requires using digital tools to research online markets and the information about prospects you will be working with.
  • You will establish and maintain contact with potential customers based on their travel inquiries. It is essential to communicate with clients both orally and in writing to earn their trust and to collect various details for effective travel request processing.
  • You will also need to search for, select, price, and present the internal product based on customer needs.
  • All of the above will lead to closing profitable sales through additional appointment scheduling, negotiation and persuasion.
  • Last but not the least is the provision of a perfect post-sale service for maintaining relationships and continuously expanding the returning customer database.
  • All of the above will be done through team work and interaction with other departments as well as with superiors who will guide you toward professional success.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High levels of ambition, work ethic and confidence
  • An upper intermediate or higher level of both spoken and written English (B2+)
  • Readiness to undergo a month-long on-site career training module designed by one of the industry leaders with extensive experience, a graduate of the UK s LSE. Previous industry experience is not required.
  • Striving for excellence in work and attention to detail
  • Active listening, communication, interpersonal, analytical, presentation, negotiation, persuasion, problem-solving, time-management and organizational skills and/or talent
  • Ability and eagerness to grasp new concepts, continuously learn information and improve skills for professional purposes
  • Flexibility for the sake of work-related needs such as night work schedule
  • Stress resistance and ability to work in a fast paced environment, under the pressure of sales targets
  • Dedication, and long-term commitment
  • Common software user experience
  • Ability to work in the office as full-time remote job opportunities are not offered during the first year of employment
