Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Coordinate staff travel bookings, including flights, accommodation, and insurance.

Ensure accurate documentation and timely confirmations for all travel needs.

Welcome and assist visitors, direct calls, and provide front-desk support.

Organize meetings, appointments, and company events when needed.

Handle general administrative tasks and provide support to management and HR.

Desired Candidate Profile

Prior experience as a travel/ticketing agent is mandatory.

Experience as a secretary, receptionist, or administrative assistant is a plus.

Strong communication skills in Arabic and English.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Well-organized, detail-oriented, and professional in appearance and attitude.
