Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Tasks

  • Handle flight, hotel, holiday package, and tour reservations for individual and corporate clients
  • Communicate effectively in Arabic & English with clients to understand their travel needs
  • Provide accurate quotations, itineraries, and booking confirmations
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors (airlines, hotels, DMCs)
  • Maintain accurate records of all bookings and follow-ups in CRM systems
  • Assist walk-in customers and support WhatsApp/email inquiries
  • Offer excellent pre- and post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in travel reservation, preferably in outbound travel
  • Proficiency in GDS systems (Amadeus/Sabre/Galileo) is a must
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills in Arabic and English
  • Knowledge of GCC travel trends and destinations
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure
  • Familiarity with CRM or reservation platforms is a plus

Desired Candidate Profile
