Job Summary:

We are seeking to hire an experienced Travel & Reservations Specialist based in Kuwait, with a minimum of 7 8 years of proven experience in hotel bookings and airline ticketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage hotel reservations and flight ticket bookings efficiently
  • Handle day-to-day travel operations and client requests
  • Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and other service providers
  • Ensure accuracy and timely processing of bookings
  • Ability to handle clients professionally under pressure

Desired Candidate Profile

7 8 years of experience in travel agencies or travel management companies

  • Strong expertise in hotel reservations and airline ticketing
  • Good knowledge of booking systems (e.g., Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre)
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Currently residing in Kuwait
  • Proficiency in Arabic and English is preferred
