Pre-sales tasks:

• Customer phone calls based on the management lists of Tourism and trade shows
• Ongoing updating of the prospect file (currently Excel)
• Following the identification of interested clients, field prospecting to qualify projects (stage of progress, range level, scope of demand, presentation of the company and its products and clients, agreement on a paid study)
• Hotel contact information sheet with all useful details
• Presentation of the terms and conditions for paid studies offered by CLEMENT DESIGN
• Gathering the necessary elements from the client (Autocad file) and all other information to prepare the proposal (models desired by the client)
• Prioritization of studies to be carried out by the consulting firm
• Organizing customer visits to the production site and to existing customers
• Optionally, Contract Preparation
• Participation in or responsibility for presenting the offer to clients
• Follow-up and monitoring of clients who have received a proposal
• Active participation in the trade shows in which the company participates

After-sales tasks:

• Interface for collecting payments due from the client
• Interface for organizing deliveries with the client and handling any issues

Obligations:

• Long-distance travel (more than 150 km from Annaba) at least 3 times per month
