Main mission

• To develop and retain the customer portfolio in a defined geographical area, to promote the company's products (Mohamed Hadj-MGEH), and to ensure the achievement of sales targets.
  

Activities and responsibilities

• Prospecting for new clients
  
• To ensure follow-up and loyalty of existing clients.
  
• Present and sell the company's products by highlighting their technical characteristics and advantages.
  
• To negotiate the commercial terms.
  
• Conduct field visits and ensure regular reporting.
  
• Analyze customer needs and propose suitable solutions.
  
• To monitor the competition and report market information.
  
• Participate in trade shows and sales activities.
  
• Collaborating with internal teams (production, logistics, sales administration).

• Commercial or technical training (Baccalaureate, Bac+3).
  
• Desired experience of 1-2 years in B2B sales, ideally in the industrial, construction or electrical materials sector.
  
• Good knowledge of distribution channels and market players.
  
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  
• Autonomy, mobility and a sense of organization.
  
• Driving licence required.
