Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Main missions:

  • Develop the company's customer portfolio in a defined geographical area.
  • Actively prospect for new clients (field, teleprospecting, professional networks).
  • Present and sell the company's services.
  • Identify customer needs and offer tailored offers.
  • Negotiate and conclude contracts in compliance with commercial policy.
  • Ensure regular follow-up and build loyalty among existing customers.
  • Gather market information (competition, opportunities, trends).
  • Achieve the turnover and margin targets set by management.

Activities and responsibilities:

  • Plan your sales tours and organize your travel.
  • Write commercial proposals and ensure administrative follow-up (contracts, quotes, reporting).
  • Participate in trade shows, fairs, professional events to develop the network.
  • Work in collaboration with internal teams (marketing, customer service, technical).

Required profile and skills:

  • Education: Bac+2 minimum in commerce, management or human resources.
  • Experience: 2-5 years in B2B services sales, ideally in the HR / temporary work sector.
  • Mobility: Regular travel within the region and occasionally within the national territory.
  • Languages: Fluency in French (required), English appreciated for international clients.
  • The vehicle(s).
  • Knowledge of the HR sector.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to understand and analyze needs.
  • Sense of organization and autonomy in travel.
  • Good interpersonal skills and excellent presentation.
  • My experience with office tools, CRM and reporting.
