Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Missions
Prospecting for individual customers, presenting and selling products according to the company's methods and sales strategy.
Implement prospecting actions.
Identify a client's needs.
Present the company's products.
Advise a client.
Save order data.
Track an order.
To monitor a customer relationship.
To propose corrective solutions.
To collaborate with all stakeholders to achieve a common goal.
To monitor activity.
Conducting a sales interview.
Prepare mission reports and periodic activity summaries.
Profile
Regardless of the degree, the candidate's human qualities and commercial potential take precedence over the degree.
Two (02) years experience in direct sales.
Residence: Blida & surrounding area.
Having a vehicle or owning a scooter (in exchange for a vehicle/scooter allowance + reimbursement of fuel costs).
Objective-based work (OBW).
The position also requires constant interaction with the ERP system.
Strong ability to persuade.
Empathy.
Dynamism.
