Roles & Responsibilities

  • Traveling Salesperson

  • Prospecting for individual clients, presenting and selling products according to the company's methods and commercial strategy.
  • Implement prospecting actions.
  • Identify a client's needs.
  • Present the company's products.
  • Advise a client.
  • Save order data.
  • To track an order.
  • To monitor a customer relationship.
  • To propose corrective solutions.
  • Collaborating with all stakeholders to achieve a common goal.
  • To carry out activity monitoring.
  • Conducting a sales interview.
  • Prepare periodic mission reports and activity summaries.

Desired Candidate Profile

Regardless of the diploma, the candidate's human qualities and commercial potential take precedence over the diploma.

  • Two (02) years of experience in direct sales.
  • Residence: Tizi Ouzou & surrounding area.
  • be a vehicle owner or own a scooter (against a vehicle/scooter allowance + reimbursement of fuel costs).
  • Objective-based work (OBW).
  • The position also requires constant interaction with the ERP system.
  • Strong ability to persuade.
  • Empathy.
  • Dynamism.
