Roles & Responsibilities

Daily management: Monitoring of bank accounts, management of payments and revenues (memberships, subsidies).

  • Financial forecasts: preparation of the provisional budget and anticipation of financing needs.
  • Optimization and Control: Optimization of cash flow (investments) and control of financial risks.
  • Reporting: Regular presentation of the financial statement to the board of directors or the general meeting
  • Rigour, precision
