Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily cash operations, including monitoring bank balances, cash positioning, and forecasting to ensure optimal liquidity.
- Prepare and process payments, transfers, and other treasury transactions in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely and accurate manner.
- Assist in the preparation of short-term and long-term cash flow forecasts to support business planning and investment decisions.
- Maintain accurate records of all treasury activities and ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external banking partners to facilitate smooth execution of treasury operations.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities related to treasury, including journal entries and reporting.
- Assist in the management of foreign exchange transactions, hedging activities, and currency risk analysis.
- Prepare regular treasury reports and dashboards for management review, highlighting key trends and variances.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of treasury processes, systems, and controls to enhance efficiency and mitigate risk.
Desired Candidate Profile
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in treasury, accounting, or finance roles.
- Strong understanding of cash management, banking operations, and financial instruments.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and familiarity with treasury management systems.
- Proficiency in oracle system is preferred
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of relevant regulatory and compliance requirements.
- High level of integrity and commitment to maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
