Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily cash operations, including monitoring bank balances, cash positioning, and forecasting to ensure optimal liquidity.
  • Prepare and process payments, transfers, and other treasury transactions in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Assist in the preparation of short-term and long-term cash flow forecasts to support business planning and investment decisions.
  • Maintain accurate records of all treasury activities and ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external banking partners to facilitate smooth execution of treasury operations.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities related to treasury, including journal entries and reporting.
  • Assist in the management of foreign exchange transactions, hedging activities, and currency risk analysis.
  • Prepare regular treasury reports and dashboards for management review, highlighting key trends and variances.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of treasury processes, systems, and controls to enhance efficiency and mitigate risk.

Desired Candidate Profile

Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in treasury, accounting, or finance roles.
  • Strong understanding of cash management, banking operations, and financial instruments.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and familiarity with treasury management systems.
  • Proficiency in oracle system is preferred
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulatory and compliance requirements.
  • High level of integrity and commitment to maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
