Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Maintain and organize all Trello boards across departments.
- Ensure tasks are properly structured, labeled, and tracked to completion.
- Generate weekly and monthly performance reports for management visibility.
- Identify overdue or inconsistent cards and follow up with responsible team
members. - Onboard new employees on Trello usage, templates, and reporting practices.
- Suggest improvements to enhance team accountability and reporting clarity.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in any related field.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and follow-up abilities.
- Comfortable using Trello, Google Sheets, and basic reporting tools.
- A proactive mindset someone who loves structure and consistency.
- Fluent in English.
