Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Perform maintenance and repair work according to the procedures and the daily schedule.
Retrieve the times of service orders as the activity progresses.
Report any obstacles encountered to the line manager and participate in the brainstorming process to resolve the problem.
Record each problem encountered in the QRQC and indicate the solution implemented.
Conduct the end-of-shift review at the end of each shift
Carry out the level 1 maintenance plan and the upkeep of the tools under his/her responsibility
To participate in the progress activities of one's entity and to propose initiatives in this direction
As part of the mentoring process, complete the assigned mentoring sessions by working towards achieving the associated objectives.
Actively participate in the RQP (Report on Quality Performance) to achieve daily objectives.
Communicate results daily to management
To propose participatory innovations and contribute to compliance with 5S standards
Desired Candidate Profile
BAC+3
Senior technician/bachelor's degree, specializing in mechanics or industry
A DAC-validated A1/B1 mechanic's license is required.
