Roles & Responsibilities

  • Diagnose complex mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues on heavy-duty trucks and trailers using advanced diagnostic tools and software.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, brake inspections, tire rotations, and fluid checks, adhering to manufacturer specifications and safety protocols.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of truck components and systems, identifying potential problems and recommending necessary repairs to prevent breakdowns.
  • Execute comprehensive repairs on engines, transmissions, suspensions, and braking systems, ensuring optimal performance and safety standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a High School diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in automotive or diesel technology.

  • Holds a valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) and a clean driving record.

  • Holds relevant certifications such as ASE certifications (e.g., Medium/Heavy Truck), demonstrating expertise in truck repair.

  • Minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience in truck repair and maintenance, with a proven track record of diagnosing and resolving complex issues.
