We are looking for a Global Support Graduate to join our Customer Solution Center. This role is perfect for someone early in their career with a passion for technology, strong communication skills, and a problem-solving mindset. You'll be part of a dynamic team that provides remote technical support, solves real-world IT challenges, and contributes to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

What you'll do:

  • Deliver remote technical support to customers, partners, and HPE employees, resolving hardware and software issues via phone and digital channels
  • Troubleshoot and resolve incidents on various HPE technologies, ensuring cases are managed efficiently and customer satisfaction is maintained
  • Collaborate with experienced team members and escalate more complex issues when necessary
  • Document case summaries and resolutions, contributing to HPE s Knowledge Management System (KMS)
  • Continuously build knowledge on HPE technologies, tools, and processes
  • Play a key role in customer success by proactively identifying common issues and sharing prevention strategies

About you:

  • Recently completed a Bachelor s or Master s degree in IT, Computer Engineering, or a related field
  • Excellent communication skills in Italian and English (written and spoken) & French is an advantage.
  • A problem-solving mindset and interest in delivering exceptional customer support
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, international, and remote-first environment
  • Able to handle pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
  • A collaborative team player with a proactive attitude and eagerness to learn
  • Basic understanding of computing, storage, or peripheral systems is a plus
