Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Provide prompt and professional chat-based customer support to Turkish-speaking users.
Resolve user inquiries, complaints, and technical issues efficiently and courteously.
Maintain accurate records of user interactions and follow up to ensure resolution.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
Educate users about app features, updates, and best practices for optimal experience.
Identify and report recurring issues or trends to improve service quality.
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service standards at all times.
Assist in translating and localizing support content for Turkish users.
Participate in ongoing training and development sessions to enhance product knowledge.
Contribute to a positive team environment by sharing feedback and supporting colleagues.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service, preferably in chat-based support.
Fluent in Turkish and proficient in English (written and verbal).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for helping others.
Familiarity with social apps or online communities is a plus.
Willingness to work on-site as required by the workplace arrangement.
Flexible to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays if needed.
Basic technical troubleshooting skills.
