Roles & Responsibilities
-Provide outstanding customer service to Turkish-speaking clients through chat and email.
-Respond promptly and professionally to user inquiries, concerns, and issues, delivering accurate solutions.
-Troubleshoot technical problems and guide users to resolve issues effectively.
-Collaborate with the team to improve service quality and meet user needs.
-Collect user feedback and share insights to enhance product features and updates.
-Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to provide informed support.
-Ensure user satisfaction by handling issues with empathy and professionalism.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a Turkish company
- Bachelor's degree
- Fluent in Turkish and English
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
