Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
- Lead market development initiatives for Structural Heart therapy across the TURMECA region
- Support therapy adoption and awareness activities for TAVI solutions
- Partner with sales, marketing, clinical and market access teams to execute regional growth strategies
- Develop customer engagement and stakeholder management plans aligned with business priorities
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive dynamics to support strategic decision-making
- Collaborate with local and regional stakeholders on campaign execution, business planning, and market expansion activities
Knowledge of Structural Heart therapies and healthcare market dynamics, regional market development experience, exposure to emerging markets, or previous involvement in Structural Heart or TAVI therapy launches would be considered beneficial.
MBA education or additional commercial training is an advantage.
Desired Candidate Profile
Required Knowledge and Experience:
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 7 years of experience in healthcare, medical device, cardiovascular marketing, sales or market development roles
- Experience working cross-functionally with commercial, marketing, clinical, and market access teams
- Strong communication, presentation, and project management skills
- Fluent English
