Turnaround & Restructuring Strategy - Manager Ernst & Young AE

You will be involved in assisting clients in evaluating capital options, maximizing transaction value, and achieving strategic objectives whether through the acquisition or sale of distressed assets, business restructuring, or enhanced cash management. You will support the preparation of comprehensive financial reviews of client operations, and provide advisory services on corporate risk management. Collaboration with cross-functional project teams from various strategy and transactions sub-service lines is essential.

You will also be contributing to practice development initiatives that promote a positive and high-performing work environment. You will be building and maintaining strong client relationships, while influencing and advising key decision-makers.

Qualification & Experience

• Have a Bachelor s degree in a relevant field and at least 5+ years of relevant work experience in corporate restructuring.
• Have strong finance and accounting capabilities, with a keen eye for detail.
• Have excellent command of spoken and written English.
• Flexibility to travel in the region (approximately 25 to 50% of the time).
