Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Typist with strong knowledge of UAE labour laws, MOHRE (Ministry of Human Resources & Emiratisation), and immigration procedures. The candidate will be responsible for handling visa applications, cancellations, labour contracts, and other typing tasks related to government portals with accuracy and efficiency.

Desired Candidate Profile

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, type, and submit applications for new employment visas, renewals, and cancellations.
  • Process labour contracts and applications through MOHRE portal.
  • Handle Emirates ID applications, medical test typing, and related government forms.
  • Ensure accuracy in data entry and compliance with UAE labour and immigration regulations.
  • Coordinate with PROs and HR for smooth processing of employee documents.
  • Maintain proper records of applications, approvals, and renewals.
  • Stay updated with changes in MOHRE, GDRFA, and other government procedures.
  • Provide typing support for letters, forms, and other administrative documentation.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Typist in UAE, specifically with MOHRE & visa processing.
  • Proficiency in MOHRE, Tas’heel, GDRFA, and other government portals.
  • Strong typing skills in English (Arabic typing is an added advantage).
  • Familiarity with UAE labour laws and immigration regulations.
