Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Type and prepare all kinds of transactions (government, business, and general). Enter data accurately into government portals and office systems. Prepare and process official documents, letters, and forms. Assist clients with inquiries and provide professional support. Manage day-to-day office administrative tasks.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience in the UAE. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email). Proficient in Typing ( English & Arabic). Knowledge of UAE E-Systems (ICPA, MOHRE, TAMM, DAMAN, AD POLICE,ATLP) preferred. Strong communication skills in English and Arabic (Bengali/Urdu is a plus). Organized, customer-focused, and able to work under pressure. High school diploma or equivalent.
