Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Prepare and type legal documents, contracts, and applications in Arabic and/or English.

  2. Process employment visas, work permits, labor contracts, and immigration-related documents.

  3. Submit applications through UAE government systems such as Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratization (MOHRE) and General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs (GDRFA).

  4. Ensure all documents comply with UAE laws and regulations.

  5. Maintain accurate records of applications and documentation.

  6. Coordinate with clients, PROs, and government authorities for document processing.

  7. Review documents for completeness and correctness before submission.

  8. Handle amendments, renewals, cancellations, and status changes of visas/work permits.

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. High school diploma or equivalent.

  2. Knowledge of UAE labor law and visa processes.
