Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver engaging training programs aligned with UAE labor laws and company policies to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify training gaps and tailor development initiatives to address specific departmental requirements.
  • Manage the end-to-end training process, from scheduling and logistics to participant communication and feedback collection, ensuring smooth execution.
  • Develop and maintain training materials, including presentations, manuals, and online resources, adapting content for diverse learning styles.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required; a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field is preferred.
  • Possession of relevant certifications like CIPD or SHRM is a plus, demonstrating a commitment to HR professional development.
  • A minimum of 0-1 years of experience in HR, with a focus on training and development, preferably within the UAE.
  • Prior experience in the hospitality, retail or finance industries is an advantage, showing sector-specific understanding.
