Bloom World Academy is looking for enthusiastic UAE National Classroom Assistants to join our team immediately on a contract until the end of the 2025/2026 academic year. This is an exciting opportunity to support teaching staff in delivering high-quality education and to be part of a dynamic school environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support teachers in classroom management and student learning activities.
• Assist with preparation of teaching materials and classroom resources.
• Supervise and support students during lessons, break times, and school activities.
• Monitor student behaviour and ensure adherence to school policies.
• Provide personalised support to students, including those with additional learning needs.
• Assist with administrative tasks, including attendance, filing, and maintaining records.
• Support teachers during school events, trips, and extra-curricular activities.
• Act as an ambassador for the school, representing Bloom World Academy professionally at all times.
  
  

Essential Qualifications And Requirements

• UAE National with family book.
• Minimum High School Diploma.
• Experience working with children in a school or educational environment is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
• Professional, reliable, flexible, and motivated.
  
  

Desirable

• Previous experience as a Classroom Assistant or in a similar school support role.
